after failure of the booked pair of 25s on 27 aug 1983, 40135 was rostered to hauled the
10.10 euston to aberystwyth from wolverhampton to shrewsbury - but there being no 25s
at shrewsbury either, the 40 was very unusually sent forward and it is pictured here are
welshpool       (ref: 40135_270883)
